1. Acceptance

By creating a TeeMate account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You may not impersonate others or create multiple accounts.

4. Conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spam, illegal activity, or content that violates others' rights. Meetups happen at your own risk — vet your partners and play in safe public venues.

5. TeeMate+ subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Failed payments may pause premium features.

6. Content

You retain rights to content you post. You grant TeeMate a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the profile screen.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeMate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
